RMA Civil was engaged to deliver another key road safety improvement project in partnership with Fulton Hogan. The scope of the works included upgrading to a signalised intersection of Portarlington Road, Hemsley Road, and Curlewis Road in Curlewis.
Scope – Road Reconstruction, Stormwater Drainage, Public lighting, Traffic Signals, Asphalt, Shared User Paths, flexible safety barriers.
Scope – Heavy Duty Concrete Pavements, Subgrade Preparation, Concrete Placement and Finishing, Pavement Reconstruction, Temporary and Permanent Road Diversions, Drainage Installation, Kerb and Channel, ITS and HV Service Relocation, Night Works and Traffic Management.
As part of Victoria’s Big Build program, RMA Civil was engaged to deliver all stormwater drainage infrastructure for Stage 1 works on Barwon Heads Road. RMA Civil worked closely with partners Decmil and BildGroup, facilitating and completing the works well ahead of schedule.
Scope – Stormwater Drainage Infrastructure and Various Plant Hire Services
RMA Civil delivered over 8km of the main combined service route/local cable route and ULX infrastructure, providing electrical, communications, and data linkage across the Waurn Ponds Duplication network. RMA undertook all major lines for the signalling team and accomplished this with a combined multiskilled workforce.
Scope – Electrical and Communication Combined Service Routes & Local Cable Routes (CSR/LCR)
RMA Civil was engaged to deliver the main station carpark upgrades at both Marshall and South Geelong Stations. The works included upgrading the stormwater drainage systems, providing new OCS and lighting in the carparks, installing new pavements, kerb and channel, creating shared user paths, as well as performing new asphalt resurfacing and line marking.

The MDR project involved the construction of a new elevated station at Deer Park, which included the development of a new forecourt, the extension of the southern carpark and the establishment of a new bus interchange within the precinct. RMA Civil were contracted to deliver the carparks, feature pavements works and bus loop interchanges.
