Stefan Soper has joined RMA Civil Construction as Superintendent, bringing more than 30 years of experience across civil construction, tunnelling and major infrastructure projects.
Stefan has worked across a wide range of complex Tier 1 projects in Australia and internationally, including recent works on the Suburban Rail Loop. His background spans large-scale structural works, rail infrastructure, tunnelling and underground construction.

We’re seeking expressions of interest for a VESI / VEDN qualified Operator / Labourer to join our electrical infrastructure division.
This role will support the delivery of utility and electrical infrastructure works across a range of projects, with opportunities to work across varied environments and sites.
Requirements:
→ Current VESI & VEDN qualifications
→ Truck licence
→ High Risk Work Licence (Dogging & Crane)
→ Ability to travel for work
→ Availability for night shift and weekend work as required

First load of culverts on site at Armstrong Creek, marking the start of installation works as part of the Barwon Heads Road upgrade.
RMA Civil Construction has been engaged to deliver 40 lineal metres of culvert drainage, including excavation, in-situ base slabs, installation of precast culverts and modification of existing drainage infrastructure.
Working alongside FCC Construction Australia, this stage of works is a key step in supporting improved road and drainage outcomes for the growing Armstrong Creek corridor.
