We are pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Beecham to the newly created role of Operations Manager at RMA Civil Construction.
Michael joined us earlier this year as Project Manager and steps into this role bringing his experience and leadership to guide our operational performance across the business as we continue to grow.

Prashi brings over five years of experience across major Tier 1 infrastructure projects, most recently as Site Engineer on the Suburban Rail Loop.
His background also spans the Melbourne Airport Rail Early Works and the West Gate Tunnel Project, with experience across diaphragm walls, piling, environmental management and complex multi-contractor site delivery.
Holding a Masters in Engineering and a Bachelor of Environments from the University of Melbourne, Prashi brings strong technical knowledge alongside a commitment to safe, efficient and high quality project execution.

RMA Civil Construction and @intraform_concrete are delivering the complete civil and structural construction package for a NEXTDC data centre development, working alongside principal contractor Kapitol.
NextDC is one of Australia`s largest data centre operators, providing the critical digital infrastructure that major corporations, government agencies and cloud providers rely on to store and manage data at scale.
Data centres are among the fastest growing infrastructure asset classes in Australia right now, driven by the rapid expansion of cloud computing, artificial intelligence and digital services. These are significant, complex builds that demand an exceptionally high standard of civil and structural delivery before any internal fit-out can begin.
From early works and bulk earthworks through to in-ground services, civil infrastructure, structural elements and concrete works, our team is managing the full scope of delivery across every stage of the build.
